2. What data we process and why

Through the contact form we collect your name, company, email, phone number (optional) and the message you send us. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare the quote or proposal you request.

For security reasons and to prevent automated mass submissions, we also record the IP address from which the form is sent.

If you write to us on WhatsApp using the button on the website, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp's terms and we use it only to answer your enquiry.

3. Visit statistics

We count, in aggregate, how many times each page of the website is viewed each day. We do not use cookies or store the IP address or any other data that could identify visitors.

4. Legal basis

The consent you give by ticking the acceptance box before sending the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, when your enquiry relates to an assignment, the performance of pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

5. Retention

We keep messages for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for any legally required periods. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

6. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The data is stored on the server of our web hosting provider, which acts as data processor with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@cg21.net or to our postal address, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to the management panel and backups.
